About Bailey Law and Advocacy
At Bailey Law & Advocacy, Danielle is building a practice focused on education law, disability advocacy, future planning, and family-centered support across the lifespan. Her work centers on empowering families through strategic advocacy, collaborative problem-solving, and practical guidance at key transition points, from school supports and IEPs to long-term planning for adulthood and independence.
Danielle is especially passionate about creating spaces where families feel informed, supported, and seen, while also helping schools and systems move toward more inclusive, equitable, and human-centered practices.
